Metro Top 50 Awarded Commuter Air Technology

AGC Aerospace & Defense is pleased to announce Commuter Air Technology has received a Metro 50 award. The 16th overall ranking marks the third time the company has been an honoree of this program. The Awards represent recognition by the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce of fifty fastest growing private companies in the area.

“I’m proud to represent a company that has met the challenge of creating opportunities in an uncertain economic environment,” said Darryl Wilkerson president of the Commuter Air Technology. “Our continued growth is reflective of our strategic commitment to invest in our workforce and community.

“Having two of our companies receive these awards this evening is an honor and indicative of the dedication of Commuter Air Technologies leadership team to put our customers first,” commented Jeff Davis, partner at AGC.

The Metro 50 celebration is one of Greater Oklahoma City's most prestigious events. The metropolitan area's fastest growing, privately-owned companies for the year are ranked based on their percentage of annual growth. Qualified companies are required to have revenues of at least $1 million for the year.

The Metro 50 Award allows both emerging companies, as well as companies that have exhibited a substantial history as an established business, to be recognized. Metro 50 companies demonstrate positive growth in revenues; growth in the number of employees; creativity/entrepreneurship; and business development through the expansion of facilities, customer base or markets.
