AGC Aerospace & Defense announces Chief Financial Officer of its SinglePoint Finance Group.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- AGC Aerospace & Defense announces the appointment of Dale Jordan to Chief Financial Officer of its SinglePoint Finance Group, which provides financing to a broad range of private and commercial networks within the aviation community.

Jordan has served parent company AGC Aerospace & Defense as Vice President of Finance since 2012 and will remain in that role in addition to the new appointment.

Jordan's promotion follows the successfully completed merger of SinglePoint with Aerolend, a specialized aircraft leasing and finance company.

"We are pleased to announce Dale Jordan has agreed to step into this role," said Tim Wilson, President of SinglePoint.  "In a career spanning almost 30 years of executive management, accounting and finance experience, Dale has overseen numerous international acquisitions and transactions in debt and equity financing. I am confident his leadership skills and abilities will play a key role in supporting our continued growth."

SinglePoint provides finance solutions to a broad range of private and commercial networks within the aviation community. Leveraged by a wealth of experience in banking, intimate knowledge of aircraft and an established enviable reputation for supplying capital, SinglePoint specializes on aging aircraft and traditionally difficult to finance transactions.
